The problem it solves
If your business runs on appointments, you know the story: messages at all hours asking if there is a free slot, bookings written down in three different places and clients who don’t show up. Every message pulls you away from what you are doing, and the client who writes at night goes elsewhere if you don’t reply.
With the booking system, your client visits your website, chooses the service, sees the slots that are actually free and books in a minute. You get notified by email (and by Telegram, if you connect it) and the appointment appears in your panel, which works on your phone. If you change your hours or take a holiday, you mark it in the panel and the free slots update on their own.
It is designed for tattoo artists, hair salons and barbers, beauty centres and any business that works by appointment.

Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need to install anything?
- No. They book from your website or your link, in the browser on their phone or computer.
Can I accept or reject bookings?
- Yes, and you decide per service: some bookings are confirmed straight away and others stay pending until you approve them. For example, a custom piece may need your approval and a consultation may not.
What happens if a client can't come?
- They cancel from the link in their confirmation email and the slot becomes free again for someone else.
Does it help clients remember their appointment?
- Yes. On the Pro plan, your client receives an automatic email reminder before the appointment.
Does it send WhatsApp messages or SMS?
- No. Notifications reach you by email and, if you want, by Telegram on your phone: you connect it from your panel with a link.
Can I take a deposit when someone books?
- Not yet. Online deposits are in development and will come to the Pro plan. When they exist, the money will go straight to your account: we never touch it.
Does my website have to be with you?
- No. Booking plans are added to your website maintenance, even if someone else built your website: we review it and tell you how to integrate the system and on what terms.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
- There is no setup fee: we configure it at no cost. Booking plans go with your maintenance plan, of 3, 6 or 12 months, and are paid together with it.
