Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices on this website include VAT (21%).

How long does it take?

It depends on the project and how quickly we get your texts and photos. We give you a specific date in the proposal, before we start.

What exactly does maintenance include?

Publishing and hosting your website, technical and security updates, up to 3 small changes a month, domain renewal from the second year, and setting up and publishing your Google business profile.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. We take care of the technical side and explain everything in plain words.

How do I pay?

There are no payments on the website: we agree it with you and give you an invoice or receipt. You pay for the website in two parts, at the start and at the end, or in full at the end, whichever suits you best. Maintenance is paid monthly or the whole plan upfront, as you prefer.

Who owns the domain and the Google profile?

Both are yours. The domain is registered in your name and so is the Google profile. We set the profile up with you, because Google asks to verify your details with a code sent to your phone.

What if I want to stop maintenance?

Let us know 15 days in advance and it won't continue: if you don't tell us, the plan carries on. We hand you your website files and the domain remains yours.

Is there a minimum term?

You choose how long: maintenance comes in 3, 6 or 12-month plans, and bookings go with your plan. The longer the plan, the less you pay per month.

Which maintenance plan suits me?

If you would rather start gradually, the 3-month plan (€50 a month). If you already know you will continue, the 12-month plan costs the least: €40 a month, €480 a year. All three include the same.

What do you do with my data and my clients' data?

We only use it to provide the service and we never sell or share it. This website doesn't use tracking cookies. The details are in the privacy policy.
